We are incredibly grateful for Jermaine. We met him years ago through my Aunt Eva and Uncle Rainier, who had both already worked with him and highly recommended him. Instead of feeling on our own with the builder’s lender, it felt like we had Jermaine double-checking everything on our behalf. When it was time to sell our home in California, he went above and beyond by helping us find a great listing agent there. Throughout that sale, he was on the phone with us regularly, answering questions, reviewing what was happening, and making sure we understood each step. It felt like we had an extra agent in our corner, even though the property was in another state. On the Arizona side, Jermaine handled our purchase and coordinated closely with the builder and our lender. He kept us informed on builder tactics, helped us understand the contract, and made sure we were protected. He negotiated extras with the builder, including pavers for our home, and helped structure things so our monthly payment stayed where we needed it to be. Any time something came up, big concern or small detail, he was only a call or text away. Jermaine also showed up in person for our inspections, our walk-through, and our final walk-through. Knowing he was there, looking out for things we might miss, gave us so much peace of mind. Because of his guidance, communication, and genuine care, what could have been an overwhelming move from another state turned into a smooth transition and a dream come true for our family. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jermaine! We started our process back in 2021 but COVID made it impossible to buy at that time and we gave up. Throughout the years Jermaine checked in with us frequently to see where we were at with starting the process again. In 2024 we were ready to go but we faced some challenges and Jermaine made sure he walked us through them and did everything he could to assist. The patience he has is unmatched! We attempted to go through NACA for our lending initially which turned out to be a huge headache. Jermaine is an angel sent from the Heavens! He has been our realtor & broker for a few months, and I cannot say enough nice things about him. During the home search process, he was always available to tour and respond to questions. (I don't think he sleeps? I guess angels don't need to sleep) He has stellar communication skills - quick to respond, always friendly and professional. During the home closing process, he took on other people's jobs trying to think ahead and thinking like an underwriter so things would run smoothly and timely. We were first time home buyers, and I can’t recommend Jermaine enough. He functions as both the loan officer and real estate agent. He got us some really incredible concessions on the house we really wanted, and hooked us up with some pretty cool ways to use those concessions to lower payments for the first three years, with plans to refi once the rates drop. We bought our home remotely. As such, Jermaine traveled to DOZENS of homes on our behalf without hesitation. He skillfully recorded each visit and gave his two cents on what he saw (which really helped ground us and know when to really be excited). I don’t know how, but he was also able to get us nearly an entire percentage point below the headline mortgage rate on our 30 year fixed FHA loan, with a VERY average credit score. He fought hard for us on every detail, including ensuring we got to keep the appliances, had the roof fixed and quadruple checked due to some issues he identified and communication difficulties with the sellers. Jermaine is a stickler for the details, which is exactly what you want for someone who is advocating for you in a purchase as massive as a buying a home. As a first home buyer, I wouldn't recommend anybody else. Jermaine has to be the best realtor for anybody looking for a home. I was referred to Jermaine by a friend because I was looking into a home and didn't like the service I was receiving from the previous realtor. They didn't give any feedback or educational advice. The moment I spoke with Jermaine this guy made me feel VERY confident in his ability to get me in a home and have my best interest at heart. Of course as a first home buyer I was on edge because I had no one to help me, but Jermaine is more than helpful. He was patient and did not make me feel hustled. This guy can break any situation down in forms to better help you understand. I was very nervous about purchasing my very first home and Jermaine made it very easy for me. His expertise and his guidance gave me the confidence on moving forward with my purchase. Quick Review: We simply would not be in our dream home if it wasn’t for Jermaine Miller, Literally! From the start of the home buying process has been a nightmare. Most Builders not having availability, some we had to wait on lottery picks, others we had to make major compromises and settle for something we didn’t even want, but then we hired Jermaine and everything changed, but before we hired Jermaine, we were working with a different realtor. Now the previous realtor had a great reputation and was highly recommended, but the issue we continued to run into was actually getting ahold of him. In this crazy market, time was not on our side, and we would go sometimes days without a response. The first and one of the most important things about Jermaine was that he was actually available to assist us and answer questions. His willingness to set time aside, or call us back promptly meant the world to us! Jermaine’s knowledge and attention to detail has not only helped us find a builder with availability, he also found the perfect home that we were looking for. I was still living in Kentucky when Jermaine reached out to me as I was looking for a home in Phoenix. He took me on many virtual tours before I moved here. If you don't read the rest of my post, because it is pretty lengthy, the main points you should take from this are that he is professional, very responsive, an amazing negotiator, has strong attention to detail, is friendly, and, above all else, excellent at his job. If you're trying to sift through the thousands of realtors in the valley, Jermaine should be your choice. Now onto the longer review.

We started looking at homes in AZ all the way back in 2018 before we even lived in the state. Jermaine was the realtor we picked to work with during a vacation to get an idea of what the area was like. Even when we were back in our home state, Jermaine kept in contact asking how we were doing and just keeping up with us on our plans. During our original trip out, we saw gorgeous homes that fit exactly what we were looking for if we lived in the state. He is knowledgeable of the area and was able to take us to an excellent spot for delicious hot dogs and teach us about the valley and what it's like to live there. We finally moved to AZ during the summer of 2019 and Jermaine was one of the first to welcome us to the state by taking us out for a BBQ dinner. We began looking for homes again a few months after moving in and looked at 20+ homes before finding the one. Jermaine never gave up on us.

The home we bought was originally listed way above market value and eventually came down to a more reasonable asking price. Even with an extensive drop in price, Jermaine still negotiated an additional $15k off asking price for us. He was with us every step of the way and was super responsive to questions. As first time home buyers, I had a ton as it is a nerve wracking and HUGE purchase. Once our offer was accepted, he came to the home inspection, our final walkthrough, and signing. During final walkthrough, he went line by line with us through to make sure everything was fixed that should have been and even caught a leak in the pool that had not been fixed as requested. He spent a long time in the hot AZ sun investigating the issue and ultimately saving us money as the seller fixed it prior to us taking possession.

He caught an error on the seller's agent side which awarded us a credit - which is always appreciated when you're making a huge purchase. His attention to detail is amazing.

Upon getting the keys to our new home, Jermaine welcomed us with a lovely welcome gift, checked to ensure the pool was fixed, and hung out with us for a bit chit chatting and ensuring we didn't have any further questions.
